Ever get vindictive after a bad breakup. This does not happen in the film Derailed, but it may explain why Jennifer Aniston signed on for the thriller. I get the feeling that around the same time that one of the big batch of Brad and Angelina photos was breaking, Jennifer's agent got a call the went something like:

Jenn: Send me all the scripts where I show lots of skin and sleep with multiple men.

This film stars the above mentioned Ms. Aniston and the handsome and accomplished(won several awards and was oscar nominated for Closer) Clive Owen. Vincent Cassel plays a snooty french conman/hood and fans of " Pimp my Ride' will enjoy Xxzybit in a small role as his muscle.
This slow developing sexy thriller is neither very sexy nor terribly thrilling. Cassel does a good job as a ruthless conman who frequently uses violence to gain his objective but who is clever and adaptable enough to keep Owen's character off balance. Several threads are interwoven but none is absorbing enough to make us care when nearly everyone is wiped out at the end. Glad I waited for the dvd on this one.
